How do I get a Stemble account?
Stemble is invite-only, so you won’t need to create an account from scratch. How you get started depends on whether you’re a student or instructor.
For Students
If your instructor invited you by email
Once your instructor adds you to their course and sends invitations, you’ll receive an email from Stemble with a link to set up your account.
- Open your Stemble invitation email.
- Select the link in the email.
- Follow the on-screen steps to finish setting up your account.
Once you’re set up, you can log in to Stemble anytime.
Good to know: Invitation links expire after 14 days. If yours has expired, you can request a new invitation.
If your course uses an LMS
If your course uses an LMS such as Canvas or Brightspace, you may not receive a Stemble invitation email.
Instead, open your course in your LMS and select the Stemble activity or link provided by your instructor. You’ll access Stemble through your course from there.
Didn’t get your invitation email?
No worries. Here are a few things to check:
- Look in your Spam, Junk, or Trash folder.
- Make sure you’re checking the email address your instructor used when adding you to the course.
- If your course uses an LMS, try opening Stemble through your course instead.
- If your invitation has expired or you can’t find it, request a new invitation.
When requesting a new invitation, be sure to enter the same email address your instructor used for your course.
Still having trouble? Email support@stemble.com and we’ll help you get in.
