How do I get a Stemble account?
How to access Stemble and activate your account
For: Everyone
You’ll use Stemble at app.stemble.com — but first, you need an account. Here’s how to get one.
Students
- Instructors will add students to their course rosters and then, when ready, launch their course.
- Stemble will then send an email to every student (to the student email address provided by the instructor) with a unique account activation link for the Stemble platform. Click the link and follow the instructions to activate your account.
- Be sure to check your SPAM or trash folders if you suspect you were supposed to receive an invitation email and haven't yet. You can also request a new invitation here.

Once your account is active, log in anytime at app.stemble.com.
Payment and trial access
- Some courses require payment. In that case, you’ll start with a free trial for up to 2 weeks.
- After the trial, how you pay depends on your school:
- Through Stemble: Purchase access directly in the app.
- Through your campus bookstore: At some schools, you must buy an access code from the bookstore. If your school uses this system, you can’t pay through Stemble directly.
Instructors
Instructors receive free access to the Stemble platform and can request to have an account created by contacting us or booking a consultation.
To be added to an already existing course, you will need to contact the course administrator for that course. Once the course administrator adds you to their course, you'll receive an email with instructions for activating your account and/or joining the course.
